The first network of tool makers, unique in Italy for its kind, responds to the demands of a market whose major players express the will to reduce the total number of suppliers and obtain at the same time greater flexibility, service and expertise.
The coordination of many companies is very complex because it has to be taken into account the needs of each individual Associate while responding with only one voice to final customers in every part of the globe.
Besides the technical management, which requires very high specific skills, also the logistic and administrative part is very articulated having shipments all over the world; all accounting and fiscal aspects must be considered.
